Third-Party Apps
The following projects are not maintained or tested by the Audiobookshelf team. No Audiobookshelf team members have checked them for security issues or incorrect API usage resulting in data loss. Use at your own risk.
This is a list of 3rd party apps made by the community.
If you have created an app or client and want to add it to the list, please open a PR against this documentation to add your client. Please ensure the app is stable and relatively mature, because we have been seeing an increase of vibe-coded apps that are abandoned after a few weeks or months. If you no longer want your app included on this list, you can also request it to be removed.
The maintainer of each 3rd party app is responsible for creating and keeping their entry on this list up to date. We are not accepting updates to this list on behalf of somebody else to ensure 3rd party app maintainers are aware of their app being on this list.
ABS is under constant development, and the API has ongoing updates. Many 3rd-party apps use endpoints that are not recommended anymore and could cause problems or in general produce unwanted behaviour, such as incorrect stats, negative or wrong listening sessions, wrong last online times, or getting around restrictions set by the server admin. If you notice any of these problems, please let the app developers know.
